Keep does not support Bill Pay.
Do not send payments using your bank’s Bill Pay feature or manual transfers.
Payments sent outside the Keep dashboard may be misrouted, delayed, or permanently lost. These payments cannot be tracked, and recovery is not guaranteed.
How to Pay Your Balance
The only way to pay your Keep card, Capital plan, or Statement Extension is directly through your Keep dashboard.
These payments are only supported through the dashboard. Do not use external bank transfers or Bill Pay systems.
Frequently asked questions
No. You cannot use Bill Pay via your bank to pay your Keep Card balance. Keep will automatically collect your monthly payment from your linked bank account. If you prefer to make a payment manually, you must do so through your Keep dashboard.
2. Can I use Bill Pay for Capital or Statement Extension payments?
No. Bill Pay is not supported for any type of payment to Keep.
3. Will my payment go through if I use Bill Pay anyway?
It may not. Your funds could be sent to the wrong account or lost. You assume all risk when sending payments outside of Keep.
