Before You Begin
- Check which login method you used: email and password or Google Sign-On.
- If you're unsure, use the password reset form. If you used a password, you’ll be able to reset it.
- If you use Google Sign-On, you will be notified, but only after you try using the password reset form. You’ll receive an email notifying you of this.
I Forgot My Username
- Try logging in with your email address.
- If you're unsure which email is associated with your Keep account, contact support@keep.com for assistance.
I Forgot My Password
- Please open the password reset form and complete it.
- Once completed, follow the instructions in the email we send to you, in order to reset your password.
I Didn't Receive My Password Reset Link
- Check your spam or junk folder for the reset email.
- If you still can’t find it, add Keep to your safe sender list and request the reset email again.
I Think My Password Was Stolen
- Go to the Keep login page.
- Click on "Forgot your password?" to reset your password and secure your account.
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
Password Reset Process
To regain access to your Keep account and reset your password, you will receive a secure token through the email linked to your Keep account.
- Important: Reset tokens are single-use only and will expire if the page is refreshed before the reset is completed.
How To Reset Your Password:
- Initiate Password Reset:
- Open the password reset form and follow the instructions on the page.
- Enter the email address where you wish to receive the password reset link, then click "Send."
- Once the email is sent, a confirmation message will appear on the screen.
Important: Please ensure you click on the most recent password reset link sent to your email. If you have requested multiple resets, only the latest link will be valid.
2. Reset Your Password:
Once you receive the email, click the "Reset Your Password" button. If the button does not work, please copy and paste the link provided in the email into your browser to complete the process.
If you reset your password, return to the login page and sign in using your new password.

Troubleshooting Common Issues
If you didn't receive the password reset email, please read the following:
- Check Your Spam or Junk Folder:
Sometimes, our emails might be marked as spam.
Note: If you have found the email in your spam folder, please mark it as "Not Spam" to ensure future emails are delivered to your inbox.
- Verify Your Email Address:
Double-check that you're looking for the email in the correct inbox associated with your Keep account. Misspellings or incorrect email addresses will prevent you from receiving the reset email.
- Check Your Email Filters:
Custom email filters might reroute Keep emails away from your inbox. Review any filters or rules in your email account and ensure our emails are not being diverted or deleted automatically.

- Can I use an old password reset link?
No, password reset tokens are single-use only. You must click the link from the most recent email you received. - What if I accidentally refresh the page after clicking the reset link?
The token will expire, and you will need to request a new password reset email. - I didn’t receive my password reset email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder. If not found, add Keep to your safe sender list and request the link again. - What happens if my reset link doesn't work?
Some email providers, like Gmail, may shorten long emails. Be sure you are selecting the complete link from the most recent email, and check for any hidden or shortened content. - What happens if I no longer have access to my email? Please contact us at support@keep.com, and we can assist you.
