What is AutoPay?
AutoPay is the automatic payment feature for your Keep card. Based on the payment option you select either full balance or minimum payment. We’ll automatically debit your linked account on your due date.

Full Balance: We’ll collect your full statement balance

Minimum Payment: We’ll automatically collect just the minimum due. The remaining balance will be converted into a 12-month repayment plan. You’ll pay off the remaining balance in weekly installments with added fees.
How do I set up my AutoPay setting?
You’ll be asked to choose your setting during onboarding or when activating your card. You can always update this later on from the **Payments** tab on your dashboard.
To update your AutoPay preference:
- Go to the Payments tab in your dashboard
- Click the View button (under your AutoPay setting)
- In the AutoPay settings window, click Edit
- Select your new payment option and click Save
Your changes will take effect starting with your next due date.

Can I stop AutoPay and pay manually?
No. One of the two AutoPay options must always be selected, full balance or minimum payment.
Can I switch between full balance and minimum payment?
Yes, anytime before your due date.
Will I be reminded before my payment is processed?
Yes. We’ll send you a reminder 3 days before your due date.
I forgot to set my AutoPay to minimum payment. What’s the latest I can make this change?
You can update your AutoPay preference up to one day before your due date.
Can I pay back early?
Yes, you can always pay early. Refer to this article for all payment options.
Can I change the 12-month plan to a different term?
No, the repayment plan is fixed at 12 months. However, you're free to pay off the balance early at any time.
