How Can I Delete a Recipient from My Bank Account?

If you’re a bank account holder at Keep and need to remove a recipient, someone you've previously sent money to, such as a vendor, contractor, or another business, this guide will walk you through the process step by step. It's quick and easy to manage recipients directly from your Keep banking dashboard.

How It Works

  1. Go to the ‘Banking’ Section: Open your Keep account dashboard and navigate to the 'Banking' section.
  2. Select ‘Move Money’: Click on the 'Move Money' option, then choose 'Pay Someone.'
  3. Find the Recipient: From your list of recipients, locate the one you wish to remove.
  4. Click the Delete Button: Next to the recipient's name
  5. Confirm Deletion: A confirmation message will appear. Click Confirm to finalize the removal.

What Happens Next:

The recipient will be removed from your list and will no longer appear when you make future transactions.

Important: Any scheduled or ongoing payments to this recipient will not be affected—they will still be processed as planned.
