If you’re a bank account holder at Keep and need to remove a recipient, someone you've previously sent money to, such as a vendor, contractor, or another business, this guide will walk you through the process step by step. It's quick and easy to manage recipients directly from your Keep banking dashboard.
How It Works
- Go to the ‘Banking’ Section: Open your Keep account dashboard and navigate to the 'Banking' section.
- Select ‘Move Money’: Click on the 'Move Money' option, then choose 'Pay Someone.'
- Find the Recipient: From your list of recipients, locate the one you wish to remove.
- Click the Delete Button: Next to the recipient's name
- Confirm Deletion: A confirmation message will appear. Click Confirm to finalize the removal.
What Happens Next:
The recipient will be removed from your list and will no longer appear when you make future transactions.
Important: Any scheduled or ongoing payments to this recipient will not be affected—they will still be processed as planned.
