Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I select weekends for repayments?

No. Repayments can only be scheduled between Monday and Friday.

2. Will I be charged a rescheduling fee?

Only if your new repayment day is later than your current one.

3. Can I change my repayment day again later?

Yes, you can change it again at any time. However, if one of your installments has already been moved more than seven days ahead, it won’t be rescheduled again — only eligible installments will move to the new day.

4. What happens if I choose the same day as my current repayment day?

If you pick the same weekday your extensions are already scheduled on, you’ll see an error and won’t be able to continue. If you selected multiple extensions and one is already on that day, you’ll be notified so you can deselect it or choose another day.

5. Can I change the repayment day for overdue extensions?

No. Extensions with overdue payments can’t be rescheduled. You’ll need to pay the overdue amount first before changing your repayment day.

6. Why can’t I see my statement extensions in Edit payday?

Only weekly Statement Extensions can be rescheduled.

If your extensions don’t appear in the Edit payday view, it means they’re on a different repayment frequency or not eligible for rescheduling.
