      Supported Currencies

      Keep Banking currently supports conversions between the following currencies:

      • CAD (Canadian Dollar)
      • USD (US Dollar)
      • EUR (Euro)
      • MXN (Mexican Peso)
      • GBP (British Pound)

      Currency conversion rates

      You will always see the exact rate and any applicable fees clearly displayed on the review page once you’ve selected the amount and conversion. This way, you can confirm all details before completing the transaction.

      How to make a currency change

      To convert currency within your Keep Banking account:

      1. Log in to your Keep Banking Dashboard.
      2. Click on move money 
      3. Click Convert Currency 
      4. Choose the currency you want to convert from and the one you want to convert to.
      5. Enter the amount you want to convert.
      6. Review the exchange rate 
      7. Confirm your conversion, and Keep Banking will handle the rest!

      Time frames for currency transfers

      Keep Banking processes conversions between Friday 17:00 UTC and Sunday 17:00 UTC. Once your conversion is complete:

      • If the conversion is initiated before the cut-off time, it will be processed instantly.
      • If done after the cut-off time, the conversion will be processed when the window opens the next business day.

      1. What happens if I miss the cut-off time?
        If your conversion is initiated after the cut-off time, it will be processed the next business day when the conversion window opens.

      2. Are there any fees for currency conversion?
        Any applicable fees will be shown on the review page before you confirm the conversion. Keep Banking ensures transparent and competitive rates.
      3. What currencies can I convert?
        You can convert between CAD, USD, EUR, MXN, and GBP within your Keep Banking account.
