How to Deactivate a User
To deactivate a user, follow these steps:

Go to your dashboard and click Settings.

In the top menu of the page, select Team.

Locate the user you wish to deactivate from the list.

Click the red bin icon next to the user’s name.

Review the confirmation message carefully.

Select a reason for deactivation from the dropdown menu.

Confirm the deactivation by clicking the red button.
Please Note: Deactivating a user is an irreversible process. All cards associated with the user will be closed, their login will be blocked, notifications canceled, and invitations revoked.

The deactivated user will now appear at the bottom of the page as Deactivated.
Troubleshooting and Common Issues
- I can’t find the red bin icon next to the user’s name: Ensure that you have the correct permissions to deactivate users. Only admins can deactivate other accounts.
- Error message when deactivating: Refresh your browser or log out and back in. If the issue persists, contact support.

No, deactivation is permanent. You would need to create a new account if the user needs access again. - Will deactivating a user remove their transaction history?
