Capital Statements help you manage financed amounts effectively by clearly detailing principal amounts, fees, and payments made within your chosen term.

Your statements provide detailed summaries of all transactions, outstanding balances, and any applicable fees, ensuring complete transparency in managing your business finances.

Ensure your Capital Plan is active by verifying the following:

  • Log in to your Keep dashboard.
  • Check under the Capital section that your plan is active and details are available.

Who Can Access Statements

Only Account Admins and Accountants can download Capital statements from Keep.

How to Download a Statement

You can download your Capital statements using one of the following methods.
Please make sure to select the correct year from the dropdown, as well as the account type—in this case, Capital

Option 1: From the Capital Page

  1. Log in to your Keep account.
  2. Navigate to the Capital page.
  3. Select the View statements.
  4. Click Download to save your statement.

Option 2: From Profile

  1. Log in to your Keep account.
  2. Click your profile name at the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.
  3. Select Statements from the pop-up menu.
  4. Choose the relevant Capital statement.
  5. Click Download to save your statement.

Receiving Statements by Email

On the 1st of each month, Keep will automatically email you a statement for your Capital Plan. This statement will detail all transactions from the previous month.

Troubleshooting and Common Issues

Why don’t I see my Capital statements in the dashboard?

  • Confirm your Capital Plan is active.
  • Ensure you select the correct account type and year.

Transactions or payments aren't showing on my statement.

  • Only settled transactions appear in statements. Check transaction settlement dates for accuracy.
  • Please note that failed transactions do not appear on statements, but any applicable fees will be included once they start accruing.

I didn't receive my Capital statement email.

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Ensure your email settings allow automated messages from Keep.
  • If unresolved, download your statement manually or contact Keep Support.

  1. Why are some transactions missing from my statement?

    Only transactions that have settled within the statement period will be included. If you notice any discrepancies, please reach out to our support team at support@trykeep.com

  2. Can I download a statement for a specific funding?

    While we don't offer separate statements for individual fundings at this time, you can access the necessary information within your consolidated statement. Look for the 'Plan_ID' and 'Plan Amount Due' columns to find the details you need for each specific funding.

  3. Will I receive monthly statements if I no longer use Capital Plans?

    No, monthly statements will continue if you only have an active Capital Plan.

  4. What should I do if I can’t download my statement?

    Confirm your Capital Plan is active, refresh your browser, or contact Keep Support for assistance.
