Before you get started
If you're unsure what a Statement Extension is, please read more about it here. If you want to activate Statement Extensions, refer to the same article for setup instructions.
Make sure your Statement Extension feature is active. Verify this by checking the Statement Extensions section in your Keep dashboard and confirming the toggle displays:
"Automatic Statement Extensions are ON."
Who Can Access Statements
Only Account Admins and Accountants can download Statement Extension statements from Keep.
How to Download a Statement
You can download your Statement Extension statements using one of the following methods.
Please make sure to select the correct year from the dropdown, as well as the account type—in this case, Statement Extensions.
Option 1: From the Statement Extensions Page
- Log in to your Keep account.
- Navigate to the Statement Extensions page.
- Select the View Statements.
- Click Download to save your statement.

Option 2: From Profile
- Log in to your Keep account.
- Click your profile name at the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.
- Select Statements from the pop-up menu.
- Choose the relevant Statement Extensions statement.
- Click Download to save your statement.
Receiving Statements by Email
On the 1st of each month, Keep will automatically email you a statement for your Statement Extension Plan. This statement will detail all transactions from the previous month.
Troubleshooting and Common Issues
My transaction or payment isn't showing up on my statement.
- Confirm the transaction settled before the statement period ended. Unsettled transactions won't appear.
- Please note that failed transactions do not appear on statements, but any applicable fees will be included once they start accruing.
I didn't receive my statement email.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Ensure your email settings allow automated messages from Keep.
- If unresolved, download your statement manually or contact support support@trykeep.com.
