Before you get started
Keep offers Multi-Currency Accounts in the following currencies:
- CAD – Canadian Dollar
- USD – United States Dollar
- EUR – Euro
- GBP – British Pound Sterling
- MXN – Mexican Peso
Each account allows you to send and receive payments in that currency, view real-time balances, and track transactions.
How to Open a Multi-Currency Account
1. Log In to Your Dashboard
Go to app.trykeep.com and log in to your Keep account.
2. Navigate to Banking
Click Banking in the left-hand menu.
3. Create a New Account
Click + Account to start the process.

4. Provide the Required Information
To comply with Canadian regulations, you will be redirected to a survey where you must provide necessary details.

Once your request is submitted, it may take up to one business day for access to be granted.

If your business has an additional Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO), we will require identity verification.

You will receive an email with a link to provide proof of ID.

If you do not receive this email within three days, contact support@trykeep.com.

5. View Your Account
Once approved, your CAD account will appear in your Banking dashboard.
From your Banking dashboard, you can:

Send payments by clicking the Send button.

Convert currencies between your accounts using the Convert button.
- Add contacts by clicking the Recipient button and completing the recipient's information.
To open additional currency accounts (USD, EUR, GBP, or MXN):
- Click the + Account button and select the currency you want to add.
- Each currency account will have its own balance and transaction history.

Viewing and Managing Transactions
To view transactions for a specific account:
- Go to Banking
Click Banking in the left-hand menu to see all your currency accounts. - Select a Currency Account
- You’ll see your recent transactions and available balance at the top.
- The balance is shown alongside its currency icon or flag.
- Tip: Click the balance or its drop-down arrow to view a pop-up showing your Current Balance, Pending Transactions, and Available Balance.
- Manage Transactions & Settings
Across the top-right, you’ll find action buttons:- Send: Initiate a payment or transfer from this currency account.
- Convert: Exchange funds between any of your currency accounts.
- Details: View important deposit/transfer details (e.g., account number, routing info).
- Statements: Generate a formal statement of your transactions.
- Export: Download your transaction history.
Account Details
- Access bank name, account number, routing code, and address by clicking Details.
- Use these details to fund your Keep account from external sources.
