With low FX fees, Keep’s Banking option enables you to hold accounts in multiple currencies, send domestic (within Canada) and international payments, convert currencies, and receive funds. These accounts are ideal for paying contractors, managing vendor payments, and receiving payments from clients across the globe.
Keep offers Multi-Currency Accounts in five different currencies:
- USD (United States Dollar)
- EUR (Euro)
- GBP (British Pound Sterling)
- MXN (Mexican Peso)
- CAD (Canadian Dollar)
Here are the steps to open a Multi-Currency Account
- Log in to your dashboard: Visit app.trykeep.com to log in to your Keep dashboard.
- Navigate to Banking: On the left-hand side, go to the Banking section.
- Create a new account: Click on the + Create Account button.
- Provide required information: To comply with Canadian regulations, you will be redirected to a survey where you must provide the necessary information to access Banking. Once your request is submitted, it may take up to one business day for the access to be granted.
- Additional Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO): In case your business has an additional UBO registered, we require information.
- You will receive an email containing a link to provide ID proof.
- If you do not receive this email within three days of your request, please contact support@trykeep.com.
- Additional Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO): In case your business has an additional UBO registered, we require information.
- View your account: After your access is approved, you will see your CAD account on your dashboard. You will also have the option to create accounts in any of the other four available currencies under the same dashboard:
