Before you get started
- You must be an Account Admin or Owner to pay a past-due subscription balance.
- The payment option only appears when your account has a past-due subscription balance.
- Have your preferred payment method ready — an instant option (such as Interac e-Transfer or your CAD account balance) or a linked bank account (EFT).
- Paying before the last day to pay keeps your account active and avoids losing access.
Where you'll see the option
A banner appears whenever your account has a past-due subscription balance. You'll find it in two places:
- The homepage (dashboard)
- The Subscription settings page
The banner shows how much is due and the last day to pay before your account loses access.
How to pay a past-due balance
- On the homepage or Subscription settings page, find the "Last day to pay your subscription" banner and click Pay now.
- Review the Amount step — it shows your billing cycle, plan status, price, tax, total amount due, and the last day to pay. Click Continue.
- Choose how to pay under the Account step:
- Arrives instantly — options such as Interac e-Transfer and your CAD account balance process right away.
- Arrives in a few business days — a linked bank account (EFT) typically takes about 3–4 business days to clear.
- On the Confirm step, review who you're paying, the source account, the payment type, and the expected speed. Click Confirm to submit.
- You'll see a "Payment on its way" confirmation with the expected arrival date. Your account stays active while the payment processes. Click Done to finish.

Frequently asked questions
How long does the payment take to process? Instant methods clear immediately. Payments from a linked bank account (EFT) usually take about 3–4 business days.
Will my account stay active after I submit the payment? Yes. Once you submit the payment, your account stays active while it processes.
Why don't I see the banner? You'll only see it if your account has a past-due subscription balance and you're an Admin or Owner. Regular members don't have access to this screen.
Where can I find it if I miss the homepage banner? The same banner and payment option are also available on the Subscription settings page.
