      Keep Capital Aeroplan® Points Offer – Terms & Conditions

      Effective Date: May 1st 2025 Offer Ends: June 15th 2025 (11:59 PM PT)

      This limited-time promotion by Keep Technologies Corp. (“Keep”) offers eligible businesses a statement credit equivalent to the cost of up to 75,000 Aeroplan® points, when approved for Keep Capital and meeting minimum criteria.

      1. Eligibility Criteria

      To qualify for the offer:

      • You must apply for Keep Capital between May 1st 2025 and June 15th 2025.

      • Your business must be approved and receive funding by 30 June 2025.

      • Your capital account must remain active and in good standing for a minimum of 3 full consecutive months.

      • Points must be purchased by the customer through the Aeroplan program after meeting the 3-month threshold.

      • Only one offer per business is permitted during the campaign period.

      • This offer is only available to Canadian-based businesses.

      2. Reward Details

      Eligible customers will receive a one-time reimbursement via statement credit, matching the Aeroplan points purchased (according to the tiers below), up to a maximum value based on the original funded amount.

      • The reimbursement will appear as a credit to your Keep Card after confirmation of point purchase. A receipt of purchase must be provided by the customer to confirm the purchase amount and number of points purchased.

      • Points must be purchased within 30 days of reaching the 3-month milestone.

      • The card used to purchase points must be a Keep Card.

      3. Redemption Process

      1. Once your business reaches the 3-month milestone, Keep will notify you of your eligibility.

      2. You’ll be required to purchase the applicable number of Aeroplan points via Aeroplan’s official platform.

      3. After purchasing points, you must submit proof of purchase to an Account Manager or via support.

      4. Keep will apply a statement credit to your Keep Card within 30 days of approval.

      4. Terms & Limitations

      • Offer valid for new applications only.

      • Points reimbursement is capped by funding tier and only available as a one-time credit after 3 months.

      • Early repayment, default, or account closure before 3 months will void eligibility.

      • Points must be purchased using the Keep Card to qualify for reimbursement.

      • Keep reserves the right to amend, pause, or terminate this offer at any time.
