How do I change my plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard.

To change your plan:

  1. Go to the Settings tab in your dashboard
  2. Navigate to Subscription
  3. Select your new plan and confirm

Upgrading:

  • New plan benefits apply the next business day
  • New plan billing starts at your next billing cycle — no mid-cycle charge

Downgrading:

  • Your current usage must fit the lower plan before a downgrade is allowed (e.g., you'll need to reduce to 3 users or fewer before moving from Plus to Core)
  • Current plan benefits remain through the end of your billing cycle

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try Keep before committing to a plan?
Yes — new customers get a 90-day free trial on any plan.

What happens if I exceed my user limit?
Rather than being blocked, you'll be offered the option to upgrade to the next plan.

Do free Interac or SWIFT transfers roll over each month?
No — unused free transfers expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect the next business day. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Can I downgrade if I have more users than the lower plan allows?
Not until your user count fits within the lower plan's limit. Reduce your users first, then request the downgrade.

Is there an annual billing option?
No — all plans are billed month-to-month.

How do fee-free days work?

Fee-free days are the number of days between making a purchase and paying your statement. During this time, you won’t pay any fees on your card balance—as long as you pay your statement in full by the due date.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Make a purchase with your Keep card.
  2. Your statement closes at the end of your billing cycle (up to 30 days later).
  3. Pay your statement by the due date.

The total time from your purchase to the payment due date is your fee-free period. For example, if you make a purchase on the first day of your billing cycle, you’ll get the maximum number of fee-free days. If you make a purchase closer to your statement date, you’ll have fewer fee-free days for that purchase.

Depending on your plan, you can get:

  • Core: up to 31 fee-free days
  • Plus: up to 38 fee-free days
  • Max: up to 56 fee-free days

More fee-free days give your business more time to manage cash flow before payment is due.
