Before You Get Started 

Make sure you have your Keep card on hand before you begin the process.

Activating Your Physical Card

Your physical card needs to be activated before it can be used for in-store transactions. While the card number (PAN) is available immediately for online purchases, follow these steps to activate it for in-person use:

  1. Scan the QR Code or Go to trykeep.com/activate
    Scan the QR code provided with your physical card or visit trykeep.com/activate to get started.
  2. Choose Your PIN
    Set your 4-digit PIN to secure your card. 
  3. Make Your First Purchase In-Store
    Complete your first in-store purchase to fully activate your physical card for all in-person transactions.

Activating Your Virtual Card


All Keep Virtual cards are activated automatically. You can start using your virtual card for online transactions or add it to your digital wallet (Apple or Google Wallet) right away—no additional steps required.

1. How do I know if my physical card is activated?
Once your first in-store transaction is completed successfully, your card is fully activated for all in-person use.

2. Can I change my PIN after activation?

Yes, you can change your PIN after the activation of your card. To do this, navigate to the Card Section in your Keep dashboard, click on your card, then select "Reset PIN." After that, insert your new PIN, confirm it, and continue. Your PIN will be updated immediately.

3. What if I can't activate my card?

If you’re unable to activate your card using the steps above, please contact our support team at support@trykeep.com for assistance.
