Frequently asked questions
Can I assign one virtual card to multiple users?
No. Each virtual card is assigned to a single cardholder. If multiple people need access, create separate cards for better visibility and spending control.
Can I change the spending limit later?
Yes. You can update spending limits and controls at any time from the Cards page.
Can I use virtual cards for recurring subscriptions?
Yes. Virtual cards are ideal for recurring payments such as software subscriptions, advertising platforms, and online services.
Is there a limit to how many virtual cards I can create?
Keep supports a large number of virtual cards for most businesses. If your account reaches a high volume (around 100 cards), our Compliance team may perform a brief review to confirm appropriate business use before additional cards are issued.
