Click on the Cards section in the left-hand menu. This section shows all your existing cards and options to manage them. - Click “Create a Card”
In the Cards section, click on Create a Card. If you’re using a mobile device, look for the “+” icon at the top right of your screen. - Choose “Virtual Card”

Troubleshooting and Common Issues
- I can't find the "Create a Card" option.
Make sure you have the necessary permissions. Only admins or users with card management rights can create new cards. If you're still unable to see the option, contact support.
- The cardholder cannot see the virtual card.
Verify that the cardholder has been assigned the correct role and permissions. If necessary, review the card’s sharing settings to ensure visibility.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I assign a virtual card to multiple users?
For best practices, we recommend assigning each virtual card to one cardholder. This keeps spending clear and easy to track. For shared expenses, you can create a separate virtual card for that category — like marketing or software.
2. Can I update the spending limit or permissions after the card is created?
Yes, you can change limits or permissions anytime from the Cards section of your dashboard.
3. Can virtual cards be used for recurring subscriptions?
Yes! They’re ideal for recurring payments like ad accounts or software subscriptions.
4. Is there a limit to how many virtual cards I can create?
Virtual cards are designed to be unlimited for most businesses. If your account reaches around 100 cards, our Compliance team might request a quick review to confirm appropriate business use. If you need more, reach out — we’ll review your request quickly so you can keep operating smoothly.
