Before You Get Started

Statement Extension allows you to convert your card balance into weekly installments, giving you more control over your cash flow.

You must have an active Statement Extension plan in your dashboard to make a payment.

Important notes:

  • Only Admin users can make Statement Extension payments.
  • Make sure your selected wallet has sufficient funds.
  • If your plan is overdue, late fees may apply. These will appear under “Other Fees” in your Payment Schedule.

Note: To ensure your Statement Extension payments are received and applied correctly, always make them through your Keep dashboard. Payments sent using Bill Pay from your bank are not supported

General Payment Steps

To make any payment:

  1. Log into your Keep dashboard.

  2. Go to Payments > Statement Extension.

  3. Click the Pay now button in the top-right corner (not per-plan anymore).

  4. Select a payment option

  5. Choose your payment method (Keep wallet or linked bank account).
  6. Click Continue, then Confirm on the final screen.

Payment Options:

  • Overdue (only appears if you have missed payments)
Pay any overdue installments first. The total will include late fees if applicable.

  • Upcoming
Pay your upcoming installment across all agreements. We’ll handle the allocation for you.

  • Full outstanding
Settle the remaining balance from all agreements in a single payment.

  • Other amount
Pay any custom amount (up to your full outstanding balance) to reduce upcoming installment fees.

💡 Note: All payments made with your Keep CAD account are applied immediately.
If you choose a linked external bank account, payments may take 2–3 business days to process.

You'll receive a confirmation by email, including a breakdown of how your payment was applied across plans.

pay now - SEHow Payments Are Distributed

When you choose any payment option, Keep automatically detects all your active Statement Extension agreements.  Regardless of the amount, the system will:

  1. Automatically distribute the payment across all agreements

  2. Prioritize overdue agreements first

  3. Then allocate by agreement age, from oldest to newest

This ensures your most urgent obligations are handled first and your repayment is as efficient as possible.

How to Pay an Overdue Amount

Use this option if you’ve missed a past installment and want to bring your agreements up to date.

  1. Choose Overdue

  2. Review the total due (including any late fees)

  3. Confirm your payment

After payment:

  • Late fees are included

  • Your payment schedule updates accordingly

How to Pay the Upcoming Installment

Use this to stay on track and pay your next installment in advance.

  2. Confirm the amount and submit your payment

After payment:

  • Your upcoming installment is paid early

How to Pay the Full Outstanding Balance

Use this option to pay off everything and close your Statement Extension agreements early.

How to Pay Any Amount

Use this option for flexibility—whether you're trying to lower your balance or reduce future fees.

  2. Enter a custom amount (up to your full balance)

  3. Confirm your payment

After payment:

  • Remaining installment fees may decrease

  • Your payment schedule will update to reflect the new balance

💡 Tip: To reduce fees, consider paying slightly more than your upcoming installment but less than the full balance.

Payment Timing and Confirmation

  • Payments made with your Keep CAD account are applied immediately.

  • Payments made from a linked external bank account may take 2–3 business days to process.

⚠️ Important: If you pay using a linked external bank account, you won’t be able to make another payment until the current one is fully settled. To avoid delays, consider using your Keep CAD account whenever possible.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once the payment is submitted, including a breakdown of how it was distributed across your agreements.
