If you’ve opted for a Statement Extension financial plan to manage your credit card balance, you can manage your installment payments directly from your Keep dashboard.
This guide will show you how to handle various payment scenarios, including overdue payments, upcoming installments, and paying off your full balance early.

Before You Get Started
Statement Extension allows you to convert your card balance into weekly installments, giving you more control over your cash flow.
You must have an active Statement Extension plan in your dashboard to make a payment.
Important notes:
- Only Admin users can make Statement Extension payments.
- Make sure your selected wallet has sufficient funds.
- If your plan is overdue, late fees may apply. These will appear under “Other Fees” in your Payment Schedule.
General Payment Steps
Follow these steps for any of the payment options below:
- Log in to your Keep dashboard and go to Payments > Statement Extension.
- Click Pay now on your active plan.
- Under Make a payment, select the payment option you’d like to complete.
- Overdue Amount
- Overdue and Next Installment
- Next Installment
- Full Outstanding Balance
- Choose your payment method (Keep account or linked bank account), and click Confirm.
- Payments from your Keep bank account apply immediately.
- Payments from a linked bank account may take 2–3 business days.
- Review the confirmation screen and click Okay.
- Check your email:
- Linked account payments send a confirmation once submitted and another when completed.
- Keep account payments send a confirmation instantly.
How to Pay an Overdue Amount
Use this option if you've missed a past installment and want to bring your plan up to date.
- Under Make a payment, select Overdue Amount.
- Review the total amount due, including any late fees, before confirming.
After payment:
- The overdue installment is marked as paid.
- Late fees are included in the total.
- Your payment schedule updates to reflect the change.
How to Pay Overdue and Next Installment
If you're behind and want to catch up and stay ahead, this option allows you to pay both the overdue and next upcoming installment together.
- Under Make a payment, select Overdue and Next installment.
- Ensure your wallet or bank account has enough to cover both payments (plus any fees).
After payment:
- Both installments are marked as paid.
- Late fees are included if applicable.
- Your next payment date updates automatically.
How to Pay Your Next Installment
Want to pay your upcoming installment early? This option helps you stay ahead and avoid late fees.
- Under Make a payment, select Next installment.
After payment:
- The upcoming installment is marked as paid.
- Your payment schedule updates accordingly.
How to Pay the Full Outstanding Balance
Use this option if you want to pay off your entire Statement Extension plan in one go and finish early.
- Under Make a payment, select Full outstanding.
- Review the full balance, including any fees or interest, before confirming.
After payment:
- Your Statement Extension plan is marked as complete.
- All remaining installments are cleared.
- The plan moves to the Closed tab.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email.

No, there are no penalties for paying off your plan early.

What happens if I miss a payment?
Late fees may apply and will be added to your overdue amount. We recommend paying overdue balances as soon as possible.

Can I pay more than one installment at a time?
Yes, use the Overdue and Next installment option to pay multiple installments at once.

Can I set up automatic payments for my Statement Extension plan?
Not at this time. Payments must be made manually from your dashboard.

Where can I view late fees?
Any late fees will be listed in your Payment Schedule under Other Fees.
