How to redeem your Rewards?

Keep offers a unique rewards program that puts cash back in your pocket every time you use your Keep card. For every dollar you spend, you earn one point, making it easy to accumulate rewards just by managing your everyday expenses.

How Keep Rewards Work

To redeem your rewards, you need to have a Keep Banking account activated. You can learn more in this article How to Manage Banking and Open a Multi-Currency Account. 

It takes 60 days after your statement ends for your rewards to become available for redemption, and they remain redeemable for up to 540 days (18 months) after the statement ends.

You can earn points on both domestic and international purchases:

• Domestic Purchases: 1 CAD spent = 1 point earned
• International Purchases: 1 USD spent = 3 points earned

Please note redemption for Statement Credit is: 100 points = $ 0.67 CAD

How to Redeem Your Rewards

Keep offers three different ways to redeem your rewards:

1.  Apply Rewards to Pay Off Card Balance
2.  Use Rewards to Pay for Capital & Statement Extensions.

Follow the steps below to learn how to redeem for each option.

Apply Rewards to Pay Off Card Balance (Statement Credit)

1. Go to Rewards in your Keep dashboard.
2. Click Redeem.
3. Select Statement Credit as your redemption option.
4. Choose the number of points you’d like to redeem.
5. Review the details and click Confirm.

Use Rewards to Pay for Capital & Statement Extensions.

You can apply your rewards toward Capital repayments and Statement Extension fees.

• Rewards can only be applied toward up to one-third (1/3) of the applicable fee. And not the Capital payment or the Statement Extension installment itself.
• Rewards must be redeemed before any payment has been made toward the Capital advance or Statement Extension.
• Once a payment has been made, rewards can no longer be applied to that Capital advance or Statement Extension.

To redeem:

1. Contact your Account Manager for help applying your rewards toward Capital or Statement Extension fees, or
2. Email our payments team at support@trykeep.com for further guidance.

How to View Your Rewards History

Stay on top of your rewards to make sure you don’t miss any opportunities to redeem them:

• Access Your Rewards History:

  • Log in to your Keep dashboard and navigate to the Rewards section.
  • See the Rewards History section to view a complete breakdown of your points, including earned, redeemed, and expired rewards.

How long do rewards take to process?

Rewards become available for redemption 60 days after the statement ends.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

There’s no limit to the number of points you can earn, so you can continue to accumulate rewards with every transaction.
