How to Update Your Address

If you’ve moved or need to update your business or personal address, this guide will walk you through how to submit your request, what documents you’ll need, and what happens after you submit it.

Before You Get Started

You can update two types of addresses on your Keep account:

  • Business address – your registered company address used for verification.

  • Personal address – your personal residence linked to your account.

If you’ve changed locations, you may need to update both your business and personal addresses.

How to Update Your Business Address

1. Prepare your supporting documents:

For security and compliance, we’ll need one of the following documents showing your new business address.

  • A business bank statement

  • A corporate profile report

  • An official document confirming the new address

  • A utility bill under your business name

2. Submit your request

Contact us at support@trykeep.com and let us know you’d like to update your business address. Include your new address and attach your supporting document(s).


3. Review and confirmation

Our Compliance team will review your documentation. Once approved, your business address will be updated, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

How to Update Your Personal Address

1. Gather your supporting documents

Please include one of the following documents with your request:

  • A bank statement under your personal name

  • A utility bill under your personal name

  • A government-issued ID that shows your new address

  • An official address update confirmation (for example, a Service Canada letter)

2. Submit your request

Contact us at support@trykeep.com and provide your new personal address along with your supporting document(s).

3. Review and confirmation

Our Compliance team will verify your information and complete the update. You’ll receive an email once your address has been successfully changed

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I update my shipping address?

Yes, but only if your physical card hasn’t been shipped yet. The shipping address is where your physical Keep card will be sent. Contact us at support@trykeep.com with your new shipping address, and we’ll confirm if the change can be made.

2. Do I need to provide documents for every address update?

Yes. For security and compliance reasons, Keep requires proof of address for both business and personal updates.

3. How long does it take for my address to be updated?

Once we receive your request and documentation, our team typically reviews and completes updates within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as the change is complete.

4. Can I use a P.O. Box or virtual office as my business address?

No. Keep requires a valid physical address for your registered business.
