How to View Card Details

  1. Go to the Cards Section in your dashboard.
  2. Click on your virtual or physical card that you need to see the details. 
  3. Click the Show Details button (indicated by an eye icon) to reveal the full card number, expiration date, and CVC code.
  4. Review the billing address displayed. Use this exact address when making a purchase to avoid any payment issues.

  1. Can I view card details if I’m not an admin?
    No, only team members with admin permissions have access to full card details. If you don’t have admin permissions, please contact your administrator for assistance.
  2. Why was my transaction declined?
    A common cause is entering the wrong billing address. Double-check that the billing address you provide at checkout matches the exact address shown in Keep.
