Frequently asked questions

Will I lose access right away if I cancel?

No. You’ll keep full access until the end of your trial or current billing term. Canceling just stops auto-renewal; it doesn’t impact your current access.

Are refunds available if I cancel mid-term?

No. Once your paid term has started, there are no refunds or partial cancellations.

Can I disconnect my QuickBooks account after canceling?

Yes. You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time even if your subscription is inactive but reconnecting is blocked until you have an active subscription again.

Does canceling close my Keep account?

No. Canceling only affects your subscription. Your Keep account remains open, and any product dues (e.g., card balance, capital) still need to be paid.
