Automatic Payments

We automatically charge your primary linked bank account on your due date each month. Here's how it works:

  1. We'll send you an email notification before your due date to keep you informed.
  2. On the due date, we'll deduct the payment from your primary linked account.

No Action Needed: You don't need to do anything unless you want to change your primary account or payment method.

Making Upfront Payments on Your Card Balance

If you wish to pay your credit card balance before the due date to free up your credit limit, you can make an upfront payment. This is especially useful if you need additional available credit for upcoming expenses.

Please note:

  • You can only make upfront payments for your outstanding Keep Card Balance.
  • Keep does not allow payments through third-party bank Bill Pay services. All payments must be made directly through the Keep platform.

Here’s How To Make an Upfront Payment:

  1. Navigate to the Payments Section
  2. View Payment Details

This section provides all the necessary details for you to make your payment:

a. Outstanding Balance: The total amount you owe.
b. Due Date: When your payment is due.
c. Current Payment Cycle: Your current billing period.

3. Enter the Payment Amount

Input the minimum payment due. Please note that you cannot pay more than the minimum payment.

  • If you only have one account registered, we will debit from that bank account.
  • If you have multiple bank accounts linked, select the account you want us to debit the payment from.

You can also pay with your Multi-Currency Account, please see our guide on how to set it up here.

4. Confirm Your Payment
  • After entering the amount you wish to pay:
  • Click on Confirm Payment and your payment will be on its way!

5. Payment Processing Time

Please note that whether we automatically collect the payments or you pay your card manually, the payment will take 3 business days to be reflected on your balance. This means weekends and public holidays are not included in those 3 days.
